For compliance with the provisions of Regulation no. 4/2016 regarding the organization and operation of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity in the non-banking financial field (SAL-FIN)
Art. 23. – (1) Entities authorized, regulated and/or supervised by A.S.F, as the case may be, have the obligation to inform the consumer, including by publishing on the website, about his right to appeal to the alternative solution of disputes, according to this regulation and OG no. 38/2015, as well as regarding the conditions for accessing dispute resolution procedures. (2) Entities authorized, regulated and/or supervised by A.S.F, as the case may be, have the obligation to inform consumers about the fact that the entity they can contact is SAL-FIN. (3) Entities authorized, regulated and/or supervised by A.S.F. cannot refuse the settlement of the dispute within the SAL-FIN if the consumer has expressly and voluntarily expressed the settlement option. Art. 24. – The provisions of this regulation do not affect the prerogatives of A.S.F. as they are provided in GEO no. 93/2012.
